Vertical execution, fully hydraulic controls for the movement of the sawblade head and of the principal vises.

Sawblade head with helicoidal gears carburized, hardened and grinded on the revolving

Automatic feed of the bar. Stroke 1000 mm

Feed carriage stroke on ball recirculating screw

Feed carriage through ball recirculating screw with brushless motor

Hardened and ground sawblade carriage guideways

Sawblade head guideways with antifriction insert

Electric micro-switch for the automatic stop of the machine at the end of the cut

Compact operator panel with display LCD for the control of the machine functions and for the adjustment of the cutting length and the number of pieces to be cut

Horizontal hydraulic blocking group composed by 2 couples of vises. One couple put in entry side and one in exit side
